Foundry 1
Product portfolio of Foundry 1 includes castings from nodular, grey, malleable and white cast iron with weight from 0.05 to 6.5 kg. We use automatic moulding lines with high nominate pressure with minimum serie approximately more than 1 000 pieces in production batch. Castings are widely used in the railway industry, for producers of passenger cars and trucks or agricultural machines, we deliver our products to building industry, for hydraulic and air-conditioning systems, for stoves and for others industrial branches.
Manufacturing program includes also production of fittings from malleable cast iron (connecting threads).
According to customers request we prepare documentation for manufacture of castings (documentation for production of patterns, cores, special tools) and also provide their manufacture and tests.
