Base Frames and Dump Bodies

Production of base frames for appliances, pumps, compressors and other similar technological or power devices. Finishing treatment and hole drilling for mounting individual components and units are worked out according to the requirements of the customer.

Max. dimensions of the bases depend on the required size of the area surfaced. When surfacing on a horizontal boring and milling machine in an upright position, at widths of up to 3 m without turning over, lengths of up to 8 m, weights of up to 20 t.

Used materials: S235, S 275, and S355.

Dump truck bodies are dynamicaly loaded structures welded from wear resistant materials for long life  of bodies transporting hard and abrasive materials. Weld joints between hard materials forming functional internal surface of the body and tough material used for body supporting structure are very demanding from the used welding material point of view, as well as used technology and narrow temperature ranges for preheating.

Used material grades are HARDOX 400, 450, S275, S355, S460, and S690 respectively.
