Frames for Other Devices

Apart from excavator frames, the Machinery product department also manufactures frames for machines and devices of handling equipment, such as frames for forklifts and construction machines (wheel face loaders etc.)

These frames are manufactured on a processing line equipped with set-up fixtures, common for all varieties of frames, and welding positioners providing optimal conditions for high-quality welding.

The width of the frames ranges from 2 to 3 m and the length ranges from 3 to 12 m. The smallest ones weigh about 1 000 kg, but the largest weigh far in excess of 10 000 kg.

The most frequently-used material is S355 steel; less often S235 or S690 is used.
